Perth Swan-e Micro Mobility is an exciting electric bike and scooter service designed to increase public access within the City of Perth. The Swan-e mobility hubs shall be located throughout the City, including foreshore areas, public car parks and critical City attractions, to provide a convenient connective network. The Swan-e mobility hubs will be integrated with the Little Ferry Company service (refer to Project 5), giving intermodal transfers.

The Swan-e and Little Ferry Company services are part of the more comprehensive Electrifying Perth Strategy (EPS) that provides Green Transport, City Battery Storage and Aggregated Solar infrastructure Initiatives for future Perth.

Swan-e electric bikes, scooters and mobility hub infrastructure will be designed to symbolise the “Black Swan” (black and red colour theme) to reinforce Perth’s unique identity.

Additionally, there are multiple opportunities within the City, particularly along the existing Railway corridor alignments, to develop a dedicated mobility corridor to facilitate cross-city movements.
