Mandurah Ocean Marina is an international standard 500-strong marina connected to the heart of the Mandurah City Centre via a 60m span pedestrian footbridge; it now services the needs of more than 7,000 boat owners and incorporates an attractive waterside parade of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The Marina Project includes five hotels (4,5 Star), 150 park homes, 350 Residential Lots, Marina Commercial (40 retail tenancies), Yacht Club, Yacht Museum, Multi-Residential Apartments, 3 Public Beaches, Commercial Fishing and Boat Launching facilities.
