Khams Shamat is located in the Levant Region, approximately 17km west of Damascus. The Project area is about 1 Million square metres accommodating 1.6 Million square metres of GFA and 30,000 residents.

Khams Shamat is envisioned as a world-class, sustainable, integrated urban community that will support the community's social, environmental and economic needs. Khams Shamat is a Mixed Used Development Project anchored by a regional shopping mall (200,000m2), becoming a hub for domestic and regional tourists with a range of hotels and leisure activities while offering a diverse residential accommodation portfolio.

Khams Shamat Master Plan has been designed based on the New Urbanism design principles to function as a self-contained integrated urban hub. In addition, the Khams Shamat Project has included numerous sustainability initiatives achieving LEED Silver certification.
