Harvest Lakes Project has been designed to follow DPI’s Liveable Neighbourhoods Guidelines (New Urbanism) and Best Practice Urban Sustainable Design to become Australia’s first 5 Star Residential Master Plan Project.

Harvest Lakes won the UDIA Awards for Environmental Excellence and Water Sensitive Urban Design in 2004 and followed up with the UDIA Award for Sustainable Urban Development.
