A Joint Venture Project between LandCorp and Rio Tint0 to upgrade the existing town centre (housing stock, infrastructure and development opportunities) and create a new waterfront precinct to accommodate a further 500 pen Marina, waterfront retail, protected beach, children's water park and provide quality housing mix to induce private investment and retain the mining workforce in Dampier.

The Masterplan has been designed to enhance Dampier's waterfront asset, create a community waterfront lifestyle and integrate/redevelop the existing mining town centre. The Masterplan has been designed to be constructed in 4 stages to provide flexibility.

All development has been designed to be climate-responsive (5 Star Rating ) and reflects a distinctive architectural character.
