Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi
Saadiyat Island is Abu Dhabi's premier tourism project located 500m from the City Centre and covers 27 square kilometres. Saadiyat Island is planned to accommodate 160,000 residents, with TDIC investing an estimated 30 billion USD into developing the Island over the next 15 years.
Saadiyat Island is divided into seven distinctive Districts and includes five iconic Museums (Louvre, Guggenheim, Zayed National, Maritime and the Performing Arts Centre) all designed by award-winning Architects.

Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai
Dubai Hills Estate is Emaar's flagship mixed development project, located in the heart of Dubai. The Estate has been designed based on New Urbanism principles providing a range of housing types, affordability, community/social hubs and green linkages to create an unparalleled urban lifestyle.

Diriyah Gate is the World’s largest cultural heritage project covering over 100 square kilometres with the Jewel of the Kingdom At-Turaif (UNESCO World Heritage Site) at its heart.
Diriyah Gate is being developed in an authentic Najdi architectural style, embracing the local design, context and culture.
